Hey — I’m Patrick.I've been in Ecuador since 2012.I built a thriving off-grid ecolodge + agroforestry farm from scratch in that time.I learned so much about what to do and what not to...I could write a book about it.Instead I’m doing something better — alongside my family we're building a community.Having recently become a father, I want to give my family the best possible environment to live and flourish in.I want my son to form the lifelong, unbreakable connection to nature from his earliest years, something I had to rediscover for myself as an adult.

We're looking to build this community in the southern Amazon foothills, where land is still abundant, prices are reasonable, and the water is pure.This isn’t just a dream. This is a decade of hands-on experience transformed into opportunity for you.


We’re creating a covenant-protected rural homestead preserve:- Private titled lots

Location: Morona-Santiago province, main corridor Macas → Gualquiza (several-hour drive to Cuenca, short drive to small towns with supplies).Currently scouting for parcels 40–80+ ha with river/creek frontage, waterfalls, good elevation, accessible.What do community members get?- 1–5 ha lot sized to the natural contours (waterways, ridges, views)- Clear private title + registered covenants protecting the community.-Access to shared gravity-fed water, roads, community house, tool library, visitor accommodations.Option to have your custom home built for you.


How is this going to be funded?1. The land is located and secured with an exclusive 6-12 month option to purchase.2. You reserve a lot with a small refundable deposit.3. Deposits pay for due diligence, legal fees, and the down payment on the land.4. You get in with founder pricing, the sale of lots covers the cost of the land, road and water infrastructure build-out.
